Graduation abroad
In October, you will experience the highlight of your training journey: an international mission that serves as the Capsule's graduation ceremony.
You will choose between three destinations — Scandinavia, Japan or Singapore — for an immersion in the most advanced innovation ecosystems in the world, connecting with the main players in the construction industry and closing this cycle with real experience, inspiration and purpose.
Each immersion includes visits to renowned architecture offices, companies and institutions in the sector, lectures with experts, as well as strategic networking opportunities.
From theory to practice
After training, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge in real projects, coordinated by Simbio, our business vertical focused on real estate development.
These projects in areas located in Brazil and which we call Biospheres , are conceived as Living Labs — spaces of experimentation where innovation, technology and regenerative vision come together to face complex challenges and create revolutionary solutions for the future of civil construction.
