To participate in the Cápsula Experience program, it is essential that you work in the construction industry. This condition ensures that the group is formed by professionals with common goals, expanding networking and the exchange of qualified experiences.
Before filling out the application form below, learn about the training cycles offered: a theoretical and practical journey focused on innovation applied to architecture and construction, with content that covers everything from emerging technologies to future strategies for the sector.

Cycle I - Virtual training

Cycle II - Immersion and graduation
Where you can apply for one (or more) destinations that are scheduled for technical immersions throughout the year.
(You will have a progressive discount when applying for more than one destination).

Cycle III - Application
After training, professionals will be able to apply the knowledge acquired in practice, in projects coordinated by Simbio, our business vertical responsible for the development of real estate projects.
